TUTA Family Georgian Cuisine is a home-based and pre-order food business operating in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We specialize in authentic Georgian cuisine including khinkali, khachapuri, soups, salads, and other traditional Georgian dishes. We operate as a pre-order service — all food is made fresh to order.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
After submitting your order and completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation. We will contact you by phone or email within 3 hours during business hours (or the following morning for orders placed after 3:00 PM) to confirm your order details, delivery time, and address.
An order is only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from TUTA. We reserve the right to contact you if there are any issues with your order (ingredient availability, delivery area, timing).
We currently deliver to Ottawa, Gatineau, Orléans, Barrhaven, Kanata, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and are displayed at checkout. Delivery windows are provided at the time of order confirmation.
We will do our best to deliver within the confirmed time window. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
Pickup is also available at no additional charge. Pickup location and time will be confirmed with your order.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Google Pay through our secure payment partner, Square Inc. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Your card will be charged upon checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
By providing your payment information, you authorize TUTA to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fees.
If you have a serious concern about the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at tuta.kitchen.on@gmail.com or +1 (613) 890-8347. We take quality seriously and will address legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your confirmed delivery time. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund as food preparation may have already begun.
Menu descriptions and ingredient information are provided for general guidance. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please note them in the "Special Requests" field and contact us directly to confirm we can accommodate your needs.
All TUTA founders hold valid Ontario Food Handler Certification. Our food is prepared in compliance with Ottawa Public Health food safety guidelines. We follow safe food handling, preparation, temperature control, and delivery practices.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is the property of TUTA Family Georgian Cuisine and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TUTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
